How to convert an image to black and white (using IrfanView)

To convert,
using IrfanView,
an image to black and white,
go to the “Image” menu,
then select “Convert to Grayscale”.

The above was tested in IrfanView,
version 4.45 – 32 bit.
Chances are high it also works
in other versions of IrfanView.
